How to open .PDO files and build your own papercraft.

Step 1:

Download PDO viewer from http://www.tamasoft.co.jp/pepakura-en/index.html

The software runs only on Windows operating system, I you only have a Mac please follow the extra steps show in the below tutorial, to run it on Mac.

Step 2:

Open and print out the PDO file with the Papakura viewer downloaded at step 1.
Paper type:
For 1:24 version preferred to print it on 140gm ~ 160gm papers and

for > 1:18 version preferred to be print it on 180gm ~ 200gm papers.

Glossy or matte paper can be used, depend on your liking.

Step 3:

Cut all patterns out according to its outline.

Step 4:

Fold all the parts according to the folding line.
either mountain fold --------
or valley fold -.-.-.-.-.-.

Step 5:

Glue all parts together according to its actual location.
You can use the Pepakura Viewer, "Check correspondence face" function to location their position and orientation.
